A Todd County Grand Jury indictment warrant for drug and PFO charges was served Friday night against an Elkton man.
Sheriff Tracy White served the warrant on 46-year old Danny Ray Williams for charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of meth, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and being a persistent felon offender.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at Williams’ home in October of last year.
