Public library announces new Imagination Library coordinator

The Hopkinsville-Christian County Imagination Library has a new Coordinator, following the recent retirement of longtime coordinator, Bonnie Lynch.

According to the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, Western Kentucky University graduate Sarah Hardison will step into the role of leading the program that provides free books to children five years old and younger.  She has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Organization & Communication. She has a background in marketing and customer relations and has worked as a gymnastics instructor with a wide variety of age groups.

Hardison says, “I am beaming with excitement as I enter the role as Christian County Imagination Library Coordinator. Having recently moved back to Hopkinsville, I am eager to connect with new faces in the community, merge my skill set with my passion, and invest in our youngest generation. I invite you to follow along for great things to come.”

The HCCPL Imagination Library averages over 3,200 children enrolled throughout Christian County.
