Clarksville PD searching for missing children

The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding two missing children.

According to a news release, the children—11-year old Traveon Thompson and 10-year old Le’Asia Thompson—were last seen at their Cross Ridge Drive residence around 5:30 p.m. when an adult left for work.  When another adult returned home around 7:30 p.m., the children were gone.  The family searched the neighborhood for the children but they were not found and police were notified around 10 p.m.

There have been incidents in the past when the children’s non-custodial mother, 39-year old Jennifer Lewis, had taken the children.  The family believes that is a possibility in this instance but there has been nothing which specifically indicates that.

If the children are with Lewis, she drives a 2019 gray Hyundai Sonata and is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes.
