Justin Verlander threw his third career no-hitter as the Houston Astros beat the Toronto Blue Jays 2-0. He becomes the sixth pitcher to throw at least three-no hitters. He retired the last 26 batters after walking Cavan Biggio in the first. He threw a season-high 120 pitches and struck out 14. Rookie Abraham Toro hit a two-run homer with two-out in the ninth for Houston’s runs.
