A rear-end collision at Fort Campbell Boulevard and Clinic Drive Thursday injured a Cadiz woman.
Officer Michael Felts investigated and determined 66-year old Nina Futtrell of Cadiz came to a stop as the light turned yellow in the northbound lanes of Fort Campbell Boulevard about 3:45 p.m.
Approaching from behind was 54-year old Denise Smith of Hopkinsville, who said she saw Futtrell stopping, but was unable to stop in time to avoid a collision.
Futtrell went by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. Smith was not hurt in the crash.
