Two people were injured in a wreck involving a moped at East Ninth and South Virginia Street Sunday evening.
It happened about 6:30 p.m., with Hopkinsville Police Officer Gary Hicks saying a man on a moped was headed north on South Virginia and a woman in a vehicle was eastbound on Ninth when they collided in the intersection.
The moped went to the ground and the driver was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
The woman driving the vehicle went to Jennie Stuart by private vehicle.
