Hopkinsville police are investigating after a man was shot early Wednesday morning on Boyd Street.
Officers found Robert Armour in the 100 block of Boyd a few minutes after 3 a.m. and he had an injury to his left ear, according to Sgt. Tony Sierra. Armour was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting happened outside and a shell casing was found in the area.
