The man accused in a shooting incident Saturday morning in Russellville has been arrested and charged with attempted murder.
Police in Tennessee arrested Russell McCarley, Jr. near Clarksville Wednesday morning. In addition to attempted murder, he’s charged with wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, tampering with evidence and fourth-degree assault.
