Two arrested after stolen property investigation

A man who allegedly had property reported stolen in Clarksville was arrested at the Walmart Supercenter in Hopkinsville Saturday.

Clarksville police gave local authorities a vehicle description related to thefts and officers found the automobile at Walmart about 10:20 a.m. Saturday.

They made contact with a passenger, 23-year old Gabriel Jackson of Hopkinsville, who was allegedly in possession of a laptop computer, tablet and cell phone that had been reported stolen in Clarksville.

Jackson was arrested for felony receiving stolen property and was served with local warrants for failing to appear in court and non-payment of fines.

The driver of the car, 27-year old Bradford Lynch of Hopkinsville, was arrested for operating on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
