Princeton man charged with trafficking meth, marijuana

A Princeton man is facing several charges, including drug trafficking, after he was arrested in Kuttawa Wednesday.

According to a news release from the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force, the arrest of 27-year old Austin Bender of Princeton came at the result of an investigation. He was taken into custody without incident in the parking lot of Wendy’s in Kuttawa, where a search of his person revealed a quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana.

The quantity was reportedly consistent with trafficking amounts.

He was charged with trafficking in meth, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
