Former Western Kentucky, Carolina Panther and XFL football player Rod Smart is missing. According to authorities in Lancaster County, South Carolina, the 42-year-old Smart has been missing for almost a week. He was last seen in the Charlotte, NC area on June 12th. Smart was known as “He Hate Me” in his XFL days with the Las Vegas Outlaws.
