Austin Peay has announced the hiring of Nikita Johnson as assistant coach for the men’s basketball team. Johnson most recently worked as an assistant at Western Kentucky for the last two seasons. He has also been an assistant at a number of schools including Murray State, LSU, Louisiana Tech and Louisiana’s Ragin Cajuns in his long career.
