Hoppers win 5th straight behind Diuguid’s gem, Jenkins bat

The Hoptown Hoppers won their fifth straight game last night, blanking Muhlenberg County 10-0 in seven innings. Incoming WKU freshman Lane Diuguid pitched a gem for the Hoppers, firing the first complete game of the season, allowing three hits and striking out 11:

Coach Grayson Crawford’s club improved to 6-3 with the win and moved into a first place tie with Paducah in the OVL’s West Division:
