Investigators have determined a fatal house fire last month in Hopkins County began in the garage.
As previously reported, 66-year old William Phillips died after his house burned at 11265 Nebo Road in Nebo on the evening of May 21.
Kentucky State Police Arson Investigator Scott Steward was able to determine the blaze began in the garage, but was unable to determine a cause due to the extreme damage.
