The Tennessee Titans have 2019 first-round pick Jeffery Simmons under contract. The four-year-deal has an option for a fifth season. Simmons was drafted 19th overall by the Titans out of Mississippi State and is expected to miss most of this season with a torn ACL. The Titans now have four of their six draft picks under contract.
