Princeton’s Emma Talley finished at four over 292, good for a tie for 47th place at the LPGA Tour’s Mediheal Championship that finished Sunday in Daly City, CA. Sei Young Kim and two others finished regulation seven under with Kim winning in a playoff.
Max Homa won his first PGA Tour title behind a four-under 67 Sunday to finish 15-under at the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow in Charlotte. Joel Dahmen finished three strokes back, finishing 12-under after a one-under 70 in the final round.
Franklin’s Kenny Perry tied for 13th at seven under par and Paducah’s Russ Cochran tied for 48th at one over par at the PGA Tour Champions Insperity Invitational that concluded Sunday outside of Houston. Scott McCarron at 17 under par was a two shot winner.
