A man on a tractor was injured after he went off Poole Mill Road and crashed Saturday afternoon.
The man had been eastbound in the 1200 block of Poole Mill when a backpack got under his feet, according to Christian County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jeff Goulet, who says the tractor went off the right side of the road when he went to move the backpack.
The driver over-corrected and went off the left side of the road and through a fence, with the tractor rolling and coming to rest upright.
An ambulance transported the man to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for back pain and non-life-threatening injuries to his head, arm and hand.
