There will be an informational meeting hosted by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet next week to discuss proposed improvements to West Seventh Street in Hopkinsville.
It will be Tuesday, April 23rd from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Christian County Middle School cafeteria.
Cabinet Spokesman Keith Todd says those attending can go over the proposals for improvements and ask any questions they may have.
Todd says merchants along West Seventh and any other interested parties are encouraged to attend.
Transportation Cabinet District 2 Chief Engineer Deneatra Henderson says there will be displays and renderings, and engineers and consultants will be on hand to answer questions.
Officials say more than 9,200 vehicles that travel West Seventh between North Drive and Princeton Road each day.
