The Lexington Herald Leader reports University of Kentucky signee and Kentucky Mr. Basketball Dontaie Allen of Pendleton County was injured in a traffic accident Wednesday morning. Kentucky State Police say the mishap occurred on Russell Cave Road around 7 am. Allen was treated for a shoulder injury and released from an area hospital. No other details about the injury are known.
