Murray State’s Ja Morant was named to the list of 25 being considered for the 2019 Lute Olson Award presented by CollegeInsider.com and goes annually to the top NCAA D-I player. The recipient of the award will be announced Friday at the College Insider Awards Event, in Minneapolis, site of the Final Four.
Murray State senior Shaq Buchanan was honored as part of the list of 25 finalists for the CollegeInsider.com 2019 Lefty Driesell award. The award is presented annually to the top defensive player in college basketball. The winner will be announced Friday also during the College Insider Awards Event in Minneapolis.
