Additional details have been released on a two-vehicle crash Thursday on Long Pond Road.
Christian County Sheriff’s Sgt. Lyn Moe says 33-year old Abram Smoker of Saint Charles had been headed northbound in a dump truck near the intersection of Fidelio Road when the right side tires dropped off the ride of the roadway.
He swerved and got his truck back onto the pavement, but over-corrected and side-swiped a southbound UPS truck driven by 39-year old Margaret Brooks of Hopkinsville.
Brooks sustained a broken arm and Smoker a head injury, with both taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
