MLB Roundup: Reds, Cubs win/Cards, Braves lose on Opening Day

Derek Dietrich hit a three-run pinch homer in the seventh inning to lift the Cincinnati Reds to a 5-3 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Opening Day at Great American Ball Park. José Peraza also hit a solo blast in the four-run seventh. Yasiel Puig went 0-for-4, struck out twice and stranded three runners in his Cincinnati debut.
