A foot pursuit on Lake Tandy Road Saturday evening ended with the arrest of a man wanted on a warrant.
Deputies were attempting to serve 39-year old Jamie Allison of Hopkinsville with a warrant for failing to appear on court and a report says he was standing outside his home on Lake Tandy Road.
Allison allegedly ran back into his home and locked the door and then fled out the back door while Deputy Rick Burgess was awaiting backup.
Allison was arrested after a brief foot pursuit and arrested for fleeing or evading police and serve with the warrant.
