Austin Peay and Murray State split an Ohio Valley Conference doubleheader Sunday, with the Governors taking the opener 2-0 and the Racers winning the nightcap 11-3. Caldwell County grad and 2018 Hoptown Hoppers hurler Shane Burns got his first collegiate win in the nightcap. The teams conclude the series with a 1:30 game this afternoon at Reagan Field in Murray.
Memphis completed a sweep of Western Kentucky, defeating the Hilltoppers 10-4 Sunday at Nick Denes Field. WKU plays Kentucky Wednesday afternoon in Lexington.
