Farlow to perform concert fundraiser for Historic Todd County, Inc.

Country music singer Corey Farlow will be hosting a concert fundraiser early next month in support of Historic Todd County, Inc.

It will be 7 p.m. Saturday, March 2nd in the Todd County Central High School auditorium and tickets will be $10 each at the door. They can also be purchased through the Historic Todd County, Inc. Facebook page, but the cost goes up to $12 to buy online. They can also be purchased in advance from Elkton City Clerk Laura Brock or from Carolyn Wells.

Wells says Farlow recently attended a Historic Todd County meeting and expressed his love for the county and enthusiasm for their efforts.

Farlow will perform for about an hour and a half and will likely sing songs that have garnered acclaim from the Inspirational Country Music Association and other organizations.

Wells describes Farlow as “kid friendly and Christian-based.”

Historic Todd’s mission is to restore the upstairs of the 1835 Todd County Courthouse on the Elkton Public Square and they’ve already hosted numerous successful fundraisers. They’ve also applied for a grant that could assist with their efforts and are awaiting word on approval.
