Two people were arrested on burglary charges Thursday after they were found eating and drinking inside a Cox Mill Road location where they didn’t belong.
The victim returned home in the 2600 block of Cox Mill about 5:30 p.m. and found 35-year old Shawna Hudson of Hopkinsville and 47-year old Clifford Northington of Clarksville inside his pool house, according to an arrest citation.
The suspects had eaten food and consumed alcohol in the pool house and caused significant damage to items inside.
Hudson told Hopkinsville Police she was at her mother’s house and Northington said he was Hudson’s guest. The victim said he had never seen either suspect before.
Both were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
