The Todd County Chamber of Commerce has announced the hiring of an executive director.
Anna Daniel comes to the Chamber from a dental practice in Clarksville where she has served as office manager for the past six years, according to a news release.
Todd County Chamber President Anita Jo Powell says, “Anna is a charming person who the selection committee and ultimately the board felt would be well received in the community. Being from here, she has a vested interest in Todd County and wants to see her community be the best it can be.”
Daniel was born and raised in Todd County and attended Todd County Schools. She and her husband, Michael, have four children.
She is quoted as saying, “I am passionate about this community and I want to see Todd County grow. Chambers of Commerce provide individual businesses and communities an environment to work together in pursuit of common goals and objectives. I want to help bring everyone together in Todd County.”
Glen Slack has served as interim executive director since the Chamber began organizing and will continue to serve on the board.
Daniel begins her duties on Monday.
