Burglary suspect facing additional charges

A Hopkinsville man already in jail was served with a warrant Thursday for additional alleged crimes.

It alleges that in December, 40-year old Ronald Harris of Hopkinsville burglarized Superlawn and Garden on North Main Street and stole approximately $6,000 worth of equipment.

Harris also allegedly entered the Mark 1 Car Wash building on Canton Street last month and stole about $1,200 in cash and coins.

Harris and 31-year old Joshua Craig of Oak Grove were arrested last month for a car wash burglary in Guthrie and Harris was arrested in October, 2016 for a break-in at a car wash on Fort Campbell Boulevard.

The most recent warrant is for two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of felony theft.
