Three hurt in Carter Road single-vehicle wreck

Three Clarksville residents were injured in a single-vehicle wreck on Carter Road Saturday and the Christian County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

According to the report from Deputy Spencer Turner, deputies responded to the area of Ghost Bridge and made contact with the driver of the vehicle, 18-year old Chandler Deeds of Clarksville. Deeds reportedly told them he had swerved to avoid a deer that had run into the road, lost control of the wheel and struck a tree.

He was transported to Tennova Health Hospital for treatment of an apparent head wound and for further evaluation. Two passengers in the vehicle, 17-year old Sierra Jasmer and 15-year old Nicholas Crosier, both of Clarksville, went by private vehicle to Tennova for head injuries.
