Austin Peay snapped a six game losing streak to Tennessee Tech in Cookeville with a 77-66 win last night at the Eblen Center. Bowling Green’s Terry Taylor led the Governors with 18 points and eight rebounds as Austin Peay improved to 15-7 overall and 7-2 in OVC games.
Meanwhile, the Lady Governors made it a clean sweep over Tennessee Tech with a 72-65 victory. Both teams play tomorrow at Jacksonville State, with the women’s game tipping off at 2 pm.
