Hopkinsville Police are investigating after a large amount of cash was recently stolen from the Canton Street Maxfuel Express.
An employee took $16,476 between October 9th and Sunday of this week, according to a report filed Wednesday with HPD.
No suspect has been arrested and the incident is investigated as felony theft by deception.
