Kentucky coach Mark Stoops was named National Coach of the Year by College Football News on Friday. Stoops led Kentucky to a 10-3 record which included a bowl win over Penn State in the Citrus Bowl. Stoops also led the 12th ranked Wildcats to their first win over Florida since 1986.
