Former UK head coach Phillips going to Maryland

Former University of Kentucky head coach Joker Phillips is reportedly leaving following two seasons as an assistant at the University of Cincinnati. Football Scoop.com reports the Franklin native is joining the staff of new Maryland head coach Mike Locksey as an offensive coach.
