A man was injured after over a dozen gunshots were fired into a home on South McPherson Street Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police Lt. Seth Meek says they recovered 17 shell casings from the area after receiving a call of shots being fired into a home at 205 South McPherson.
Several people were inside and Randy Earthman II sustained non-life-threatening injuries when a piece of shrapnel entered his cheek, according to Lt. Meek, who says police do not believe the shooters’ intended target was at the home.
