Campanile Productions in Hopkinsville is gearing up to put on their newest production at the Performing Arts Center—13 the Musical.
Director Jeffery Riggs appeared on WHOP Tuesday and says this show is going to be unique for a variety of reasons, including a young cast and a live band performing the music. He says the show is a comedy about a young man whose life changes and he has to start new in a different school with new people in his life.
He says they hope people are both amused and inspired by the production, as it is Campanile’s mission to educate and entertain.
Pay what you can night will be September 27 at 7 p.m. and then tickets can be found online through the Campanile Productions Facebook page for the remaining shows. Those showings will take at 7 p.m. on both the following Friday and Saturday and then at 2:30 p.m. that Sunday.
They will take place at Performing Arts Center in Christian County Middle School, due to the Alhambra Theatre being closed for renovations.
