University of Tennessee coach Rick Barnes received a three year contract extension Thursday. Athletic director Phillip Fulmer says the new deal will earn Barnes $21 million over the next six years. The extension will run through the 2023-24 season. The deal comes after Barnes led the Volunteers to a share of the SEC regular season title last season.
