The annual household hazardous waste collection for Christian County residents will be Saturday morning at the recycling center on Mount Zoar-Latham Road.
It will be from 8 a.m. until noon and Chris Pyle with the recycling center says it’s a way to provide a safe way for individuals to dispose of items and substances they can’t normally just toss in their herby curbie.
Pyle says personnel at the recycling center will unload your household hazardous waste from your vehicle.
The Kentucky Pride Fund is providing funds for the event.
