Kentucky coach Mark Stoops was a guest on Kentucky Sports Radio this morning. When asked when he would make a decision about a starting quarterback, Stoops said he hasn’t decided on a starter or when he will make that decision. Kentucky opens the season September 1st hosting Central Michigan.
