Two people were injured Friday afternoon in a single-vehicle wreck on Henson Drive.
It happened about 2:30 p.m. and the Hopkinsville Police collision report says 28-year old Drandon Taylor of Hopkinsville was going too fast when he attempted to turn left from Dawson Springs Road onto Henson and he struck a utility pole.
Taylor had a laceration to the side of his face, but refused a trip to the hospital.
His passenger, 20-year old Briana Matthews of Hopkinsville, was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medial Center for mouth injuries.
Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt.
