Scott Schebler’s two-run homer in the ninth inning proved to be the difference as the Cincinnati Reds held off the Cleveland Indians 7-5 at Progressive Field. Schebler had four hits and three RBI, while Joey Votto also went deep for Cincinnati, which snapped a two-game skid.
Anthony DeSclafani fired seven innings of one-run ball for the win. The teams play again this evening with air time at 5:40 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.
