A Herndon man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after an alleged assault against two people during a dispute at a Lafayette Road home.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Department report says 30-year old Uriah Wilson Bush of Herndon was in an argument with Andria Cook and it became physical when he pinned her against the wall with a chair.
Sean Earlinger came to her aid when she yelled for help and Bush allegedly struck him numerous times and continued hitting him on the head with his fist and knee after he fell to the floor, causing him to temporarily lose consciousness.
Earlinger and Cook were both treated at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Bush was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, which is a felony, and fourth-degree assault.
The argument was reportedly over some tools that Bush had pawned, according to the arrest citation.
