Students from Heritage Christian Academy have been selected to be Governor’s Scholars and participate in the Commonwealth Honors Academy.
According to school officials, Allie Maternowski and Rose Nelson are both juniors at Heritage Christian Academy and were selected based on their high ACT scores, outstanding grades, well-written essays, and teacher recommendations.
Maternowski was selected for the Governor’s Scholars program and Nelson will attend the Commonwealth Honors Academy.
