As the Nashville Predators get set to meet the Colorado Avalanche in game three of their Stanley Cup Western Conference quarterfinal series, the Av’s will be without defenseman Samuel Girard this evening. Girard suffered an upper body injury in his Stanley Cup playoff debut in Game One in Nashville last Thursday and sat out Saturday’s second game. First puck at the Pepsi Center drops at 9 this evening.
