Western Kentucky’s Lady Toppers got a 79-65 road win at North Texas. The Lady Toppers were led in scoring by C-USA Player of the Year candidate Tanisha Brown with 28 points. WKU improved to 15-5 overall and 6-1 in conference play. The Lady Toppers are back in action Sunday afternoon at Louisiana Tech.
