Lori Henning Martin was recently announced as Farm Credit Mid-America’s new retail operations director for the Hopkinsville, Russellville and Bowling Green offices.
According to a news release, Martin has worked with Farm Credit Mid-America for nearly 19 years, starting as a customer service representative for agriculture and consumer loans. Before joining the company, Martin worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency as a program technician and the Breckinridge County Conservation District as a water quality specialist.
Lee Buckner, the vice president of Retail Operations, says Lori brings so much experience to this role, but also a true passion for agriculture, which will help her lead her team in providing the best experience for their current and future Kentucky customers. Martin says she is excited for the opportunity to connect with people, help others succeed and improve processes that help her team efficiently serve their customers.
