A Sebree man is in custody, following an investigation into accusations of filming under women’s skirts in Madisonville earlier this month.
According to the Madisonville Police Department, the investigation began after a victim reported that while she was shopping in Marshalls in Madisonville on February 19, a man allegedly filmed up her skirt while she was shopping with her children. He fled the scene before police arrived.
An investigation immediately began, and thanks to partnerships with local law enforcement, businesses and local residents, officers were able to identify Wayne Richardson of Sebree, Kentucky as the suspect.
Following an interview with Richardson on Monday, he was taken into custody and charged with video voyeurism.
