Hopkinsville Police arrested 36-year-old Michael Ravenscroft of Indiana after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit on a stolen UTV on Tuesday.
According to police, Ravenscroft was in the area of Jerry Claiborne Way operating a UTV that was stolen last week. Officers initiated a traffic stop, but Ravenscroft reportedly fled off of the roadway and through fields covered with snow and ice.
