Christian County’s swim team participated in a three-team meet Tuesday night against Hopkinsville and Fort Campbell at the Rick Cohn Aquatic Center.
Fort Campbell, which celebrated its senior night at the Rick Cohn Aquatic Center, won a close boys’ meet with 95 points. Hopkinsville was second with 79 and Christian County scored 73.
Leading the way for the Colonels was Shemar Barker, who took second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:24.08.
The Colonels’ 400-yard freestyle relay team of Zachary Manco, Lucas Coats, Bryce Hamlin, and Calyx Rizer took second in 5:20.75.
Hopkinsville won the girls’ meet with 132 points. Fort Campbell was second with 93 points and Christian County scored 49.
Leading the way for the Lady Colonels was the 200-yard medley relay team of Addison Peck, Macy McGinnis, Lola Renshaw, and Gracelyn Clark, who finished runner-up in 2:39.34.
