Casey Jones Distillery to come under new ownership, keep name and history

Casey Jones Distillery has called Christian County home for over a decade—and while it will continue to do so, some things are set to change as it will soon come under new ownership.

In a post to social media, co-owner and founder Peg Hays says they make this announcement with much emotion and much celebration, saying AJ Jones, business partner Cody Turner and herself have agreed to sell Casey Jones Distillery to B3 Beverage Company. B3 Beverage company is owned by Joey and Abby Feerrar.

During this transition, many things will stay the same as we’ve always known them, with the name staying, the staff and team staying as it is, along with the history and the “Casey Jones way”.

The change, Hays says, will lead to more support behind the scenes, more industry knowledge and resources, better systems, opportunity to grow, more market reach for products and events, more product development, more guest experiences—and a few more secrets to be announced in the future.

Hays says, “We know this is right—the right time, the right people and we trust the path we’re on. I know God has watched over this journey and I know you’re going to love Joey and Abby.”

She also deeply thanked the staff of Casey Jones Distillery, calling them the heart beat of the business, saying there is no Casey Jones without them.
