Colonels’ Dazey commits to Spalding University

Christian County High School baseball player Sebastian Dazey has committed to Spalding University in Louisville.

Colonels’ baseball coach Cole Isom made the announcement Monday afternoon on social media.

Last season at the plate, Dazey led the Colonels with 30 hits and hit .337 with two home runs and 14 RBI. He also had 10 stolen bases.

On the mound, Dazey went 1-0 with three saves and a 0.98 ERA. The right-hander struck out 31 batters and walked only nine.
